LaShay is known for her tough love approach, results-driven training that builds strength, endurance, and mental toughness. Nick is a proud veteran with a passion for helping others build confidence, strength, and resilience. As an ISSA Certified Group Fitness Coach, specializing in boxing fitness, he is known for bringing discipline, motivation, and teamwork into every class.
